Lindsay Becker is a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapy Specialist and Titleist Performance Institute-certified Golf Fitness Instructor and Medical practitioner. Lindsay provides world-class rehabilitation and performance training to golfers of all ages and abilities, from juniors to PGA Tour, and has worked with players who have a combined 35 PGA Tour Wins, multiple State individual and team titles, and dozens of juniors who have earned collegiate golf scholarships. She was named a Top 50 Golf Fitness Instructor by Golf Digest in 2018 and 2020. Lindsay provides medical coverage during the Memorial Tournament and was a Team Trainer for the 2013 President's Cup. Lindsay works with the prestigious Muirfield Village Golf Club, and her work with their junior golf academy was awarded the 2012 Golf Digest Junior Program of the Year. Lindsay is an instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute, Functional Movement Systems, and Structure & Function teaching fitness and medical professionals about golf fitness, movement assessment, and dry needling around the world. She has spoken on the state, national, and international levels and is recognized as one of the premier authorities on golf fitness and rehabilitation in the world.

Mitchell Grimone is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and NASM & Precision Nutrition-Certified Nutritionist. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Dayton. After working for two years as an Environmental Manager, he decided he wanted to pursue his passion in health and fitness and is currently pursuing his Level 1 Crossfit Coach certification. Mitchell has been playing golf for over 15 years, including competitively in high school and in tournaments. He won the Junior Pepsi Open and set a back 9 course record on the President's Reserve with a 30, which has been recognized by Golf Digest Magazine as one of the TOP 10 courses in Tennessee. He worked at the Springfield Country Club and has caddied for PGA tour pros at US Open qualifiers. His philosophy is that anyone can improve their golf skills by improving their strength, flexibility, and energy. Mitchell can tailor a program around fitness, flexibility, and nutrition to help any golfer improve their golf game. Along with his golf background, Mitchell has played competitively in football, basketball, wrestling, track, and tennis, so if you are looking to improve your athletic performance for a sport other than golf he has experience with training all types of athletes.
